Andrew joined the legal profession in 1982 with a desire
to put right injustice. Learning on the job whilst undergoing
academic study, he entered private practice and qualified
into the Fellowship of the Institute of Legal Executives in
1990, joining McKinnells in 2004. Andrew always looks to find
practical solutions for his clients and is fully sympathetic
to the worry and cost that accompanies legal disputes.
With regards to the Bribery Act, Andrew can take a look through
your terms and conditions to make sure that they have the
correct clauses in place to protect you in the future.
Andrew has had articles published on bankruptcy, been quoted
in the press in respect of repossession cases and featured
live on the radio as part of the BBC Downturn Day as the recent
recession gripped the country. He is also experienced in delivering
business seminars on credit control and debt collection.
Brought up in a village not far from Lincoln, Andrew is a
keen cyclist and once completed the Lands End to John O’Groats
ride for no better reason than is was there and it seemed
like a good idea!
